**Specific Responsibilities;**
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries re: parts selection, availability, and cost.
- Order parts from suppliers and follow-up as required to ensure availability.
- Communicate with the customers regarding order status / ETA.
- Verify/Prepare parts invoices
- Work with warehouse to ensure proper packaging and timely shipping
- Manage inventory to meet service center parts requirements.
- Ensure service centers correctly document parts usage RMA# etc.
- Track defective parts returned from service centers

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Team player
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills (English and French)
- Well organized and works well under pressure
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Specific training provided
