**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
- Manage patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of information
- Process payments, verify insurance coverage, and assist with billing and insurance claims
- Coordinate referrals and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers
- Assisting practitioners in the delivery of their treatments
- Setting up/removing electrotherapies
- Health promotion/education

**Qualifications**:

- OTA/PTA certificate is not essential but an asset
- Reliable/dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and multitasking skills
- Commitment to quality care and delivery of good service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
