Analyzes and documents business requirements utilizing process models, use cases, etc. to translate business requirements into system requirements in a legacy/ mainframe environment that could include COBOL, CICS, IMS, MVS, PL1, SQL, TSO/ISPF, VM.

To deliver business results this specialization has the following responsibilities:

- Experience of Managing stakeholders, users and conducting requirement workshops. Mapping processes and use cases.
- Extensive exposure of working at Client facing roles, gather requirements utilizing a variety of techniques including agile principles and methodologies, document those requirements, interface between the client and development team to ensure the requirements are being translated into the solution accurately, track the progress of the solution through development, manage the user acceptance testing, as well as communicate and educate the client and user community on the solution through training materials and technical documentation.
- Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
- Identifying the current
- and future-state business processes.

Technology responsibilities include:

- Knowledge of business plans, impact analysis, problem solving skills.
- Experience of working with Agile tools like Jira, Zephyr, Confluence.
- Extensive experience of working with Scaled Agile practices, Program planning, Sprint planning and related sprint ceremonies.
- Experience of User story writing and articulation of the requirements during Story grooming and refinement sessions.
- Good Understanding of writing UAT’s and performing user acceptance tests.
- Must have a concept of code
- Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications.
- Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.
- Delivering elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, or other detailed deliverables.
- Customer Service experience desired
- Very strong written & communication skills

Additional Skills to have:
Good communication skills and Exposure to Healthcare Industry or E-commerce Domain as BSA

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 8+ years of Experience as Business Analyst, Demonstrates proficiency in eliciting, analyzing and documenting requirements - business and technical.
- 3 years minimum experience on the e-commerce domain.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 8+ years of Experience as Business Analyst Technical Requirements
