**Votre rôle est important**:
Vous allez relever du Directeur principal, Produits, vous aurez la responsabilité de la stratégie de de garantir le succès des principaux canaux de distribution de la société ; magasins corporatifs, clients indépendants et commerce électronique, à fournir le bon assortiment d'outils et d'équipements répondant aux exigences du marché afin de générer une croissance durable et rentable avec un niveau optimal d'investissement.

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- S'assurer que les objectifs de performance clés, les ventes, la marge brute, les stocks, les niveaux de service et les objectifs de rentabilité totale sont atteints ;
- Mettre en œuvre une feuille de route stratégique pour le développement de catégories de produits en collaboration avec des partenaires inter fonctionnels, commerciaux et technologiques, en tenant compte des délais;
- Concevoir et coordonner un plan de marchandisage complet visant à accroître les parts de marché des principales catégories de produits répondant aux tendances saisonnières et aux besoins du marché, ainsi qu'aux besoins du marché, pris en charge par les KPI afin d'évaluer le niveau de réussite atteint ;
- Examiner les stratégies de prix et recommander de nouvelles stratégies créatives de prix pour accroître les parts de marché, la contribution de la marge et la rapidité des stocks ;
- Coordonner la sélection des produits et l'exécution inter fonctionnelle afin de produire et de distribuer des dépliants commerciaux sur une base nationale selon un calendrier établi ;
- Gérer les planogrammes de nos magasins pour assurer la meilleure sélection de produits pour chaque marché et besoins saisonniers, et travailler de manière à assurer un emplacement, un prix et un réapprovisionnement correct ;
- **Les qualifications essentielles**:

- Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe ou expérience équivalente
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de produit
- Expérience dans la distribution au détail et / ou en gros requise
- Avoir le sens des priorités
- Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais et connaissance du français (un atout)
- Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois, à établir des priorités et à s'adapter au changement

**Your role is important**:
