**About the Opportunity**:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager of Voice Services, the Staffing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that staff within the department are scheduled according to the collective agreements. Additionally, they are responsible for considering employee work-life balance, deadlines and current budgeted FTE’s when scheduling within the call centre and administrative staff. This includes developing and maintaining schedules and replacements for all staff absences, responding to calls from employees and approving vacation based on departmental requirements. They will provide daily, biweekly, monthly and annual reports for management in regards to staff utilization and for budget purposes.
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade 12, plus graduation from an approved Office Administration/Business program. An equivalent combination of skills and experience may be considered
- 2 years’ experience working as a Staffing Coordinator and expertise in building schedules
- Experience working in systems such as TimeCapture, Workforce Management System an asset
- Experience working in a unionized environment an asset
- Typing speed of 40 WMP required
- Strong communication; both oral and written
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including Excel and Outlook
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:
- Permanent Full-time position; 70 hours bi-weekly
- This is a hybrid position; Travel to various sites may be required
**Compensation and Incentives**:
$20.25 - $22.50 Hourly
