**Requirements**:

- No previous experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights.
- Enjoy working outdoors and are not afraid of getting a little wet
- A friendly, customer-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Punctuality and the ability to work some weekends.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
