Dayuse c’est la plateforme qui ouvre les portes des hôtels en journée à une nouvelle clientèle en quête d’expériences inédites
Depuis 2011, Dayuse associe disponibilité d’hôtel et expérience client comme aucun autre sur le marché.
L’objectif est double : apporter une clientèle supplémentaire aux hôtels et une expérience unique aux clients
**DE QUI A-T-ON BESOIN ?**
Rattaché à la direction commerciale de Dayuse basée à Paris, le **Market Leader North America** est chargé(e) de gérer le bureau et l’équipe de Dayuse basé à Montréal, en charge de piloter les activités commerciales de la société sur le marché Nord Américain (USA, Canada), qui représente le premier marché de l’entreprise à l’échelle internationale tout en présentant une importante opportunité de croissance.

En tant que Market Leader North America, ta mission sera d’assurer le leadership commercial sur les marchés nord-américains (États-Unis et Canada) et de contribuer directement à la croissance stratégique de Dayuse dans cette région clé.
Tu joueras un rôle essentiel dans le développement et l’optimisation des performances commerciales en collaborant avec les équipes Account Managers/Sales pour maximiser l’impact business sur le long terme.
**TES RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES INCLUENT**:
**Leadership stratégique & commercial**
- Développer et exécuter la stratégie commerciale pour le marché nord-américain : Identifier les opportunités de croissance, faire grandir le parc d’hôtels avec des offres compétitives.
- Conduire le développement commercial en accompagnant les Account Managers/Sales dans le contracting de nouveaux hôtels (sister properties et incoming request) et en assurant une compétitivité constante sur le marché : identification, qualification, négociation et validation de nouveaux hotels en veillant à leur qualité, la compétitivité de leurs offres, et la création de valeur incrémentale de ces nouveaux hotels par rapport au portefeuille déjà existant
- Collaborer avec les équipes de Sales US et Key Account Managers basées à Paris pour renforcer les relations avec les groupes existants et attirer de nouveaux hôtels générant de la valeur incrémentale pour le portefeuille.
**Optimisation de la performance commerciale**
- Piloter la performance du marché nord-américain : Accompagner les Account Managers dans la gestion, la fidélisation et l’optimisation de leur portefeuille d’hôtels, suivre et analyser mensuellement les KPIs (disponibilités, volume de réservations, revenu moyen, chiffre d’affaires, taux de no show, etc.) pour identifier des leviers de croissance et assurer l’atteinte des objectifs. Afin de maîtrise les process et outils nécessaires, assurer personnellement l’Account Management d’un petit portefeuille d’hôtels
- Développer des plans d’actions basés sur les indicateurs de marché : proposer des ajustements stratégiques à partir des dynamiques locales et des données de marché afin de maximiser les résultats.
- Etablir des reporting à la direction
- Benchmark concurrentiel (vs nuité et vs concurrents) : assurer de façon régulière que nos offres hôtelières soient compétitives (prix, time slot, services supplémentaires ) par rapport à nos concurrents pour capter une plus grande part de marché. Veiller également au suivi des tarifs Dayuse par rapport aux tarifs de nuité de l’hotel, de façon à assurer notre proposition de valeur client (discount)
**Gestion des équipes et engagement des talents**
- Encadrer et motiver les équipes Account Managers/Sales : contribuer à fixer les objectifs individuels en collaboration avec la direction et veiller à leur atteinte. Assurer un accompagnement des équipes dans l’optimisation de leurs portefeuilles hôteliers. Assurer un management indirect des équipes Customer Support. De façon globale, s’assurer de l’engagement et de l’implication de l’ensemble des collaborateurs au quotidien
- Favoriser un environnement de travail performant : avec l’aide de l’équipe RH, recruter les nouveaux collaborateurs, assurer leur formation et leur onboarding, et accompagner les talents pour garantir une forte implication et engagement dans les missions, tout en assurant une gestion fluide du bureau local (locaux, organisation du travail )
- Optimiser les process et outils de performance : tout en restant cohérent avec les guidelines du Groupe, être force de proposition dans l’amélioration continue des process commerciaux et de gestion des hôtels, en mettant en place des outils de suivi pour maximiser la performance des équipes.
**Impact direct sur la croissance**
- Collaborer avec les équipes Sales US & Key account basées à Paris pour assurer le développement commercial de la zone
- Contribuer à accroître la part de marché de Dayuse
