**Project Manager**

**About the job**

**In your future role as a Project Manager, you will**:
**Capital Projects Manager**, who ensures governance while carrying out the following activities:

- Takes into account all safety/security/environmental aspects;
- Manages the project portfolio, including execution and forecasts;
- Leads site governance meetings and participates in corporate meetings;
- Presents project requests to obtain approvals;
- Plans, in collaboration with contractors, the operation, maintenance, and execution of work, establishing schedules, materials, and required human, financial, and material resources;
- Supervises the execution of work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and the established schedule, and provides the necessary technical support;
- Participates in project start-up and provides the necessary technical assistance;
- Ensures the transfer of operation instructions/documentation to the production department and ensures the training of production technicians;
- Ensures the transmission of necessary technical information for equipment maintenance to the maintenance department.

**Reliability and Continuous Improvement**:

- Leads root cause problem-solving activities (RCPS);
- Leads failure analysis (FMEA);
- Develops or improves preventive and predictive maintenance plans;
- Collects and analyzes equipment performance data;
- Trains maintenance and production staff on best maintenance practices;
- Collaborates with production and engineering teams to implement improvements;
- Evaluates and corrects, if necessary, situations or problems encountered with specific factory equipment (e.g., high voltage equipment, transformers, rectifiers, process control system-DCS);
- Leads the electrical equipment modernization plan.

**We believe you bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automated Production, or equivalent experience in electrical project management;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
- Proficiency in commonly used computer software and ability to learn other software;
- Good command of French and English (spoken and written).

**Dans votre futur rôle de **l'ingénieur de projets**, vous allez**:
**Gestionnaire des projets en capitaux, qui en assure la gouvernance tout en effectuant les activités suivantes**:

- tient compte de tous les aspects sécurité/sureté/environnement;
- gère le portfolio des projets, y compris l’exécution et les prévisions
- dirige les rencontres de gouvernance du site et participe a celles corporatives
- présente les demandes de projets pour obtenir les approbations;
- planifie, en collaboration avec les entrepreneurs, l'opération, l'entretien et l'exécution des travaux et en établit l’horaire, les matériaux et les ressources humaines, financières, matérielles requises;
- supervise l'exécution des travaux afin de s'assurer de leur conformité aux plans et devis et à l’horaire établi et apporte le support technique nécessaire;
- participe au démarrage du projet et y fournit l'assistance technique nécessaire;
- s'assure de transmettre les instructions d'opération/documentation au département de la production et s'assure de la formation des techniciens de production;
- s'assure de transmettre l'information technique nécessaire à l'entretien des équipements au département de la maintenance;

**Fiabilité et amélioration continu**
- dirige des activités de résolution de problèmes à la source (RCPS);
- dirige des analyses de défaillance (FMEA).
- développe ou améliore des plan de maintenance préventive et prédictive
- collecte et analyse les données de performance des équipements
- forme le personnel de maintenance et de production aux bonnes pratiques de maintenance
- collabore avec les équipes de production et d'ingénierie pour
