**Job description**:
As an Information Technology Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for the Business Process Organization, Operational Departments and Functions for all IT-related issues.

**We need you to**:

- Understand and advise on IT matters while having some finance understanding.
- Maintain good communication with all stakeholders (BPO, BPM, key business experts, etc.) to ensure awareness of key upcoming IT demands and understand evolving business operations, challenges and opportunities in order to effectively advise business partners and anticipate their needs.
- Act as the main point of contact with assigned business or operational departments, representing IT in the promotion of IT services and capabilities.
- Understand business challenges and work with the IT Solutions Architect to proactively find solutions.
- Provide IT estimates (total cost of ownership) to companies. Contribute to business portfolio management.
- Support the prioritization of IT requests by providing an understanding of the risk, value and cost of each request under evaluation. Ensure that the Delivery Cell is well informed of the request.
- Establish business partnerships, communicate and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up regularly with business partners to ensure their satisfaction and maintain a climate of collaboration and trust.

**What you need to succeed**:

- You have 5 years' experience in IT projects, project management experience would be an asset.
- You have experience in manufacturing, services and distribution in a global, multicultural environment.
- You speak and write English and French.
- **You have knowledge of ERP (such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), systems integration (knowledge of Order to Cash, Finance, Controlling is an asset).**:

- You are able to combine information to identify interdependencies between systems and processes.
- You master the art of translating technical concepts into clear, non-technical terms for high-level contacts.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

- SAP ERP: 4 years (preferred)

**Language**:
