**Summary**

Under the coordination of the Accounting Department, the incumbent of this position provides financial, clerical and administrative support to the organisation. Ensure efficient, timely, and accurate day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities and in a timely and efficient manner.

**Knowledge and expertise**
- Have a minimum of two (2) year of relevant experience or a similar position.
- Efficient spoken and written French and English.
- Ability to grow within a computerized work environment and quickly adapt to in-house software.
- Efficient with Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (an asset)

- Assuring accuracy of payables and receivables
- Responding to all vendors and customers inquires

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- Dollard-Des Ormeaux, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
