We're seeking a talented, passionate person to fill the role of Manager and Chef, to be part of a very special crew, with opportunity for growth and movement within the company. Manager and Chef at Bowl Bar
- reports to the Chef De Cuisine / Culinary Director
- must have a strong understanding of healthy eating, plant based and gluten free meals and desserts. A knowledge of raw food and desserts is an asset.
- duties include:

- managing 10-15 people
- working at a very busy fast service restaurant
- ordering, seeking the best products and best prices
- helping maintain labour on a day-to-day basis
- helping maintain the highest level of cuisine
- helping maintain the highest level of cleanliness
- coaching the staff through professional feedback and mentorship
- working with the Chef De Cuisine on menu development

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips
