The Marketing Associate will support the Marketing Director and Managers by facilitating communication and execution tools in order to ensure flawless launches and in store execution excellence.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Manage and update the production calendar
- Manage campaign collateral production with the EL VMD US team and with local suppliers from conception, forecasting, quoting and shipping
- Execute retail partners visual priorities collateral, this includes quoting, creative and approvals from retailer and Marketing Director
- Develop event outposts collateral and set up for in store and OOH in collaboration with Marketing Managers
- Supply creative assets for e-commerce and B&M to retailers and Clinique retailer.ca team
- Create seasonal programs powerpoint presentations & Launch books (Retailers and FE) in collaboration with Marketing Managers
- Create Launch Guides for the field selling team to support key launches/promotions in collaboration with the Marketing Managers
- Issue and manage purchase orders, expenses entries and passport for the advertising and promotions budgets
- Issue Marketing updates for the weekly Newsletter in collaboration with the Marketing Managers
- Access GMW and DAM (International Marketing Website) on a weekly basis to upload new launch bulletins and fact sheets on the server.
- Create “visual" database / dossier extracting from OPAL and DAM all information available
- Manage and direct all incoming marketing inquiries as necessary (ie. advertising, marketing initiatives etc.)
- Work closely with Director in all tasks to make Canada relevant all Marketing programs

**Qualifications**
- Post secondary Degree required.
- 3+ years work experience in Marketing.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills as well as creative problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to recognize and prioritize needs of the Brand to be in-line with local initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Similar work experience in the cosmetics industry and retail environment preferred.
- Strong computer skills in Power Point, Excel and Adobe.
- French and/or Mandarin is a plus.
