Le ou la directeur(trice) d'usine supervise les activités des opérations de fabrication par l'intermédiaire de son équipe de gestionnaires chevronné(e)s. La personne en charge de l'usine améliore constamment l'efficacité de la main-d'œuvre, des matériaux et des machines grâce au déploiement de Lean Six Sigma.

Responsabilités:
Dirige toutes les politiques, pratiques et procédures de sécurité de l'entreprise pour assurer une conformité à 100 %

Déploie les techniques de Lean Manufacturing dans les domaines de la sécurité, de la qualité, de la réduction des coûts, des livraisons complètes et à temps, de la satisfaction client, des relations avec les employés, des contrôles visuels et des mesures de performance de l'usine

Fournit un leadership pour les relations avec les employés grâce à des communications efficaces, à l'encadrement, à la formation et au développement et à la résolution de problèmes

Surveille l'efficacité et la sécurité des opérations en s'assurant que toutes les exigences réglementaires applicables sont respectées / suivies

Supervise le personnel de supervision de la production pour tous les quarts de travail

Supervise les calendriers de production pour répondre aux objectifs internes et aux attentes des clients

Établit et dirige les politiques et procédures de l'usine

Surveille les performances globales de l'usine pour les normes de production et de qualité

Responsable des mesures de main-d'œuvre opérationnelle, de l'amélioration du processus d'amélioration de l'équipe et des mesures de l'OEE

Facilite les opportunités d'amélioration des processus Lean Six Sigma dans toute l'usine et est l'ambassadeur de l'usine pour la qualité et l'excellence des processus

Responsabilité complète du P&L ; travaille en étroite collaboration avec le partenaire financier

Connaissances/compétences/capacités:
Autonome, responsable, hautement intègre, communicateur ouvert, solide éthique de travail

Capacité à communiquer à différents niveaux de leadership et avec différents contributeurs de l'organisation.

Des compétences informatiques intermédiaires dans des programmes tels que MS Word, MS Excel et Outlook sont requises, des compétences de saisie de données rapides et précises

Connaissances générales en comptabilité nécessaires

Solides compétences en gestion du temps

Doit être capable de gérer divers problèmes simultanément et de prioriser

Solides compétences organisationnelles

Capacité à motiver tout en responsabilisant les gens

Doit être capable de constituer des équipes solides et d'articuler clairement les rôles et les responsabilités

Avoir une passion pour l'engagement des employés et passer suffisamment de temps sur le terrain.

Qualifications:
Baccalauréat en ingénierie, gestion des affaires, des opérations ou autre formation pertinente

8 ans d'expérience en gestion des opérations dans un environnement manufacturier

Communication très efficace, transparente, empathique et influente

Coach et mentor chevronné(e), offrant des opportunités de croissance aux leaders

Connaissances de l’anglais afin de communiquer avec notre bureau chef situé à Tampa, en Floride.

The Plant Manager oversees the activities of the manufacturing operations through a team of group leaders. This role ensures that we produce quality products that are delivered to the customer complete and on time. The Plant Manager consistently improves the efficiency of labor, materials, and machines through the deployment of Lean Six Sigma.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drives all company safety policies, practices and procedures to ensure 100% compliance
- Deploys Lean Manufacturing techniques in the area of safety, quality, cost reduction, complete and on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, employee relations, visual controls and plant performance measures
- Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development and problem resolution
- Monitors operations for efficiency and safety ensuring that all applicable regulatory requirements are met/followed
- Oversees production supervision staff for all shifts
- Oversees production schedules to meet internal goals and customer expectations
- Establishes and directs plant policies and procedures
- Monitors overall plant performance for production and quality standards
- Responsible for operational labor metrics, improvement in the Team Improvement Process and OEE metrics
- Facilitates Lean Six Sigma process improvement opportunities throughout the plant and be the plant ambassador for quality and process excellence
- Full P&L responsibility; works closely with finance partner
