Are you a Business Coach or Consultant looking to drive transformational culture change initiatives in the Retail and Automotive industry? Are you interested in partnering with clients to create industry-leading customer experiences? Do you enjoy in-person hands-on coaching of talent across all levels of a client organization to reach new heights in performance and customer excellence through your outstanding coaching and facilitation abilities?

- Can build authentic and trusted relationships with leadership, business principals and personnel, motivating and inspiring them to achieve results?
- Has experience working on and navigating complex change initiatives?
- Knows how to follow a prescribed coaching path
- Drives towards results by enrolling the commitment and buy-in of others throughout the organization?
- Can independently schedule and deliver full-day virtual or in-person coaching visits and provide reports following each visit?
- Can you quickly troubleshoot objections & concerns diplomatically?
- Can attend virtual and in-person regional introduction, onboarding, training, and coaching meetings & events (as required)
- Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT
- Can travel nationally (as required)

- **Digital Communications**:comfortable conducting virtual 1:1 and group coaching sessions and workshop facilitation.
- **Fundamental Computer Skills**: is confident and capable of opening and updating excel spreadsheets to convey key data; can take an existing PPT presentation and make updates, add new slides and deliver it with impact.

**Education and Experience**
- Business Coaching and/or Consulting Experience
- Coaching Accreditation
- EQA or ICF Certified (preferred)
- Automotive, Retail or operations background with strong business acumen (preferred)
- Experienced in organizational change and coaching leaders. Coaching frontline staff would be an asset
- Experienced in customer satisfaction/customer engagement initiatives
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision from remote locations
