We are hiring a **Human Resources Coordinator** to work at our **Burlington, **headoffice to provide exemplary client service and support, in person and over the telephone to our internal and external customers/clients.

**Hours of Work**:

- Full time hours available
- Coordination of client schedules + file management
- Communicate constantly with associates and clients to ensure a quality customer experience
- Utilize the most advanced, cutting edge scheduling technology in the community health care Industry
- Meet with the Personnel Manager daily to set priorities, update on progress and suggest alternatives to stay on schedule.
- Weekly discussions with Service Director to set priorities, update on progress and suggest alternatives to stay on track
- Handle and assess client service needs in consultation with the management team; schedule associates for care and service assignments such that there is an appropriate match between the client needs and the qualifications, skills, and abilities of the support workers.
- Promote consistency of support worker assignments and coordination of services.
- Set clients schedule in the system. Complete data entry and maintain accurate/current scheduling information.
- Make phone calls and create tasks in systems for scheduling of support workers
- Assist with the recruitment and orientation of associates as required
- Monitor and document all calls from associates in a timely manner and as appropriate.
- Follow-up with support staff within 24 hrs of the first shift to ensure compatibility
- Handle and document all support staff concern in a timely manner and as appropriate, notify supervisor: maintain appropriate documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of client, support workers, and corporate information

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 2 years working in an office setting (healthcare setting preferred)
- Secondary education in the social service sector
- 5+ year experience working frontline in the social services sector
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while delivering exceptional customer service (healthcare industry experiences an asset)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Social Service-related experience complemented by job-related education and training.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (Additional language skills considered an asset)
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Proficient in Word, Outlook and ability to learn proprietary software
- Medical terminology knowledge an asset but not required

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for recruiting and coordinating our specialized support division encompassing of behaviour support workers, mental health support workers, developmental support workers, enhanced personal support workers, as well as child and youth workers.You excel at ensuring a positive and quality experience for the clientele. You have an outstanding ability to multi-task in a faced paced environment, with a super positive attitude with other people, associates, referral sources, clients, families and treatment teams.
