**Position Summary**:
What you’ll do at OCP
- Escalating requests to A & R administrators for complex cases
- Prepare and process the annual renewals for registrants with categories and sub-categories by Member, communicating fee status, payment status, consequences of non-payment, monitor payments and provide status report in preparation for suspension list generation / publication of membership cancellation
- Verify, scan, and attach documentation into member database (Radar/Pivotal), ensuring documentation is legible
- Accurately maintain the Radar database and continuously work to achieve data integrity within the database
- Ensure all fees submitted to the College are processed promptly and that registrants are advised of outstanding issues in a timely manner
- Process fee refunds as required
- Meet with individuals and working groups within Applications & Renewals in order to better understand how they currently approach day to day tasks and share how you approach your tasks and propose appropriate updates to existing user guides
- Work with other members of Applications & Renewals on assigned special projects and as a participant in specific projects
- Relay any relevant changes in business process or trends in registrant processing that may be of interest to the Applications & Renewals Lead and other Applications & Renewals staff
- Report to the Applications & Renewals Lead all areas of inconsistency, redundancy or duplication of effort
- Promptly prepares and mails outgoing correspondence - Member Emeritus Certificates, Letter of Standings and Wall Certificates - to the Member
- Validate online and local station police background checks in compliance to the College’s Declaration of Good Character policy
- Contact exam facilities and other PRA to secure site for JP exam administration.
- Accurately collate, organize, ensure secure storage and arrange shipping of JP exam materials to individual sites
- Communicating with Applicants, JP Lead, and test sites regarding accommodations, exam locations, time and date, exam results and general inquiries
- Coordinating with Technology Processes to ensure accurate uploading of JP exam results into Radar to individual Applicants’ records to enable them to proceed to the next level of registration
- Other duties as assigned by the Applications and Renewals Lead

What we’re looking for
- Tact and diplomacy when communicating with applicants and members and the ability to deal with difficult callers
- Excellent verbal communications skills and professional writing skills
- Ability to prioritize, organize and manage workload
- Proactive and adept at problem solving and decision making
- Demonstrates analytical and problem solving skills and incorporates ingenuity, creativity and innovation into solution development
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and relational databases

What experience we prefer
- College diploma in a related field or equivalent.
- Must have 1-2 years of recent relevant experience in a customer service oriented or related role
