Brandt Tractor Ltd is currently seeking a Field Foreman reporting to our Cambridge Construction & Forestry location.

The successful applicant for this position will be responsible for the daily organization and dispatch of technicians, providing quality repair work for the Cambridge Construction & Forestry Service Department, advising and making recommendations to the Service Manager regarding technician skills and training needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the organization of the work performed and quality control
- Supervise the work of service technicians
- Maintain an organized, clean work environment
- Advise and mentor technicians
- Commitment to customer service and service excellence
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, the service team, and other branch personnel
- Establish & maintain an on-call field schedule
- Manage costs and ensure profitability of the department
- Opening and closing work orders, preparing work orders for warranty
- Other duties as required

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Required Experience
- Previous mechanical experience in a heavy equipment environment is an asset
- Certified Journeyman in the Heavy Duty Equipment technician trade or equivalent designated trade required
- Experience in a service department setting required
- Familiarity with John Deere and competitive products preferred
- Forklift license preferred
