The Jr. Helpdesk Technician is responsible for supporting various helpdesk and network administrative tasks at Jones Healthcare Group.
This is a 4-month co-op opportunity from September to December 2023.
**Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do**:
- Respond, troubleshoot and document resolutions regarding day-to-day helpdesk requests.
- Support the planning, design, procurement and installation process for hardware, software, and related equipment.
- Assist with asset monitoring and management of all Jones technology resources.
**If you’ve got**:
- Pursuing a Computer Science Degree/Diploma or related IT courses
- Experience working in a PC environment supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 Suite
