You need to be an exceptional manager, you have a sense of organization, a sense of business, and the leadership required to achieve goals. You enjoy challenges, have sales experience and you are a good communicator.

You will need to be able to offer customer service commensurate with the reputation of the products manufactured by Old Dutch / Humpty Dumpty Inc.

You must possess a Valid Class 5 driver's license.

**What are Route Sales Associates Duties & Responsibilities?**
- Provide Sales Coverage for company Sales people
- Merchandise, sell and deliver Old Dutch products to base customers
- Merchandise and rotate on display and shelves
- Manage inventory levels to ensure product is fresh at all times
- Manage a database in accordance to scheduled route
- Follow the set delivery frequency for each account
- Treat vehicles and equipment with courtesy and care
- Operate a handheld invoicing computer system
