**Looking for a well - organized, enthusiastic about cannabis who can effectively manage inventory while optimizing the scope of product assortment while operating the back controls.**

**The individual must be able to provide data analysis while keeping a keen ear to the ground, closely**

**INVENTORY AND SALES LEAD**
- Experience with POS Software
- Ensure maintenance and organization and preparing tracking daily material for Sales Representative
- Track all shipping and receiving, working with the sorting team to make sure counts are accurate
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all team members, technicians and suppliers
- Perform daily, monthly and yearly inventory audits and reconciliations
- Researching
- Maintain a diverse product and accessory selection
- Stay on top of retail trends
- Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
- Co-ordinate product orders based on project needs
- Obtain and Maintain a working relationship with suppliers
- Develop and implement a product merchandising strategy
- Analyze, plan and ensure sales team meets their quotas and goals
- Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggest system improvement to achieve the company’s marketing goals
- Implement new sales plans and advertising
- Stay current in the industry
- Maintain an organized vault/inventory storage space
- Document Inventory inconsistencies
- Other production activities as requested by your manager
- Operate within Cannabis Act regulations to ensure compliance of inventory procedures and report
- Open and Close the store when required

**Qualifications**
- Technical Diploma or a equivalent
- Must have a mathematical aptitude
- Work experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Experience with sales inventory and receiving
- Knowledgeable of Cannabis Act and Regulations an asset
- Ability to concentrate well
- Must have a Qualified Cannabis License
