Nous facilitons la diffusion du meilleur contenu de chaînes spécialisées comme Crave, RDS et TSN, iHeart Radio et de dizaines de propriétés médias de premier plan pour nos clients, en tout temps, sur n’importe quel appareil.
**Résumé**:
Le titulaire de ce poste relèvera du directeur, architecture d’entreprise.
**Principales responsabilités**:
- Faciliter et diriger la modélisation de l’architecture de domaine ou de la ligne cible;
- Superviser la solution plus détaillée
- Participer à toutes les décisions importantes concernant la structure, le comportement, les interfaces, les contraintes et les compromis
- Comprendre le domaine d’activité et la conformité, les méthodes et les normes internes pour évaluer les options,
- assurer la gouvernance et l’orientation pour livrer les résultats d’affaires tout au long du cycle de vie de la technologie,
- Soutenir le développement de plateformes de livraison de logiciels et de données avec des composants réutilisables qui peuvent être orchestrés pour être réutilisés au moyen de différentes méthodes à différentes fins commerciales
- Analyser l’architecture actuelle pour cerner les lacunes et déterminer les occasions d’amélioration
- Élaborer le plan directeur architectural et concevoir des solutions pour s’assurer que les attentes de l’entreprise et les besoins actuels et futurs sont satisfaits. Tenir les gestionnaires des technologies et du service au courant des principaux problèmes des clients, en cernant et en résolvant les problèmes et conflits potentiels
- Élaborer et communiquer des conseils techniques, des modèles de conception et des normes en matière d’architecture, et collaborer avec les intervenants TI dans le développement et l’évaluation de solutions techniques conformes à l’architecture.
- Passer en revue l’architecture technique du point de vue de la sécurité, de l’accessibilité, de l’intégrité des données et de la disponibilité.
- Vérifier la conformité aux normes et aux décisions architecturales et résoudre les conflits de conception et d’architecture en expliquant et en justifiant les décisions de conception et d’architecture.
- Réduire au minimum l’impact de l’intégration sur divers processus existants
**Qualifications**:
- Diplôme universitaire ou certification technique pertinente, et/ou expérience pertinente en fonction du poste.
- Une expérience en télécommunications est considérée comme un atout.
- De cinq à sept ans d’expérience en technologie TI, en exploitation, en leadership de personnes et en stratégie au sein d’une grande entreprise.
- Certifications TOGAF, Zachman, Lean et SAFE souhaitées.
- Travailleur entrepreneurial, motivé et autonome.
- Aborde un problème en utilisant une approche logique, méthodique et séquentielle.
- Capacité de travailler efficacement sous pression, dans des environnements en évolution rapide ou dans des conditions incertaines.
- Fait preuve d’ouverture et de volonté à s’adapter à des façons différentes et nouvelles de faire les choses.
- Capacité de travailler en collaboration avec d’autres membres d’une équipe et d’établir et d’entretenir des relations d’affaires efficaces.
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement (par écrit et oralement) à tous les échelons de l’organisme.
