**Hiring a Full Time ECE II for Preschool and School Age**

Country Kids Learning Centre is licensed for 102 children between the ages of 3 months - 12yrs. CKLC is We are seeking a professional, passionate, and committed ECE II experienced in implementing an emergent curriculum, with the ability to positively guide, and mentor.

**Requirements**:

- Early Childhood Educator Level II Certification, recognized by the Community Child Day Care Standards Act
- Clear Child Abuse and Criminal Record checks
- Thorough knowledge of Provincial licensing standards, ECERS, Best Practices. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong observation and documentation abilities
- Efficient program planning and implementation skills
- Current First Aid and Infant/Child CPR certification
- Adaptability to innovative approaches and willingness to embrace diverse teaching methods.

**Desired Assets**:

- 2 years of experience in childcare.
- Ability to supervise and lead a room and a team.
