Early Childhood Educator

St Jean Baptiste, Canada Étoiles D'la Rouge Inc. Full time

Étoiles d'la Rouge is a Francophone child care centre located in St. Jean Baptiste, MB (45 minutes south of Winnipeg on highway 75). Our devoted staff cares for 35 children: 4 infants, 16 pre-schoolers, and 15 school agers. We would love to have an **ECE II** join our team

Qualifications:

- Fluent in verbal and written French and English (or willing to learn)
- Previous experience in a childcare centre an asset
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Knowledge of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies
- Will successfully obtain and clear criminal background and Child Abuse Registry checks
- Have a valid First Aid/CPR level C or be willing to complete it within the first month of employment

Minimum starting wage for ECE II: $22.29

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.29 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
