**The Opportunity**: As the IT Analyst Identity Management, you will report to the IS Manager, SAP & Cyber, IDM & GRC, joining an implementation project team that builds appropriate, least privileged, access for ongoing new software and enhancement projects and reviews and controls existing access to minimize segregation of duty and cyber risks.

This role requires someone with strong analytical skills and knowledge of SAP who will have a passion for maintaining strong control, delighting our end users, and continuously improving our the efficiency and automation of our technology. As the As the IT Analyst Identity Management, you’ll be using SAP S/4HANA, SAP Identity Management, Fiori, and multiple cloud software packages that integrate into IDM.

**Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life**:

- Work on large SAP projects in large cross functional project teams to build new functionality with a strong security design that provides appropriate least privileged access with segregation of duties and following technical role company naming conventions and other policies. Use SE16 reports for analyses and mass build tools to mass update technical roles, GRC check, and follow the transport process.
- Work on Change Requests tickets to build new transactions with SE93 or modify or build SAP technical roles in PFCG, Fiori, or using cloud-based systems that interface into Active Directory and SAP IDM.
- Update How to Documentation and SOPs. Perform Access Reviews with the business and IS. Point of contact for audits and IS users. Review and control access in production and non-prod systems.
- Maintain SAP Identity Management (IDM) business roles and test IDs, using Eclipse for mass changes when necessary. Validate IDM and GRC systems are functioning after patching or other events.
- Maintain Emergency Access Management (EAM) (Fire Fighter) GRC tables and control bi-weekly approval process and annual re-certification. Provide bi-weekly reporting on GRC risks and trending. Support users and roles in the SAP BPC system for financial Consolidation and Budget. Perform role housekeeping and clean-up activities.
- GRC approvals for provisioning of access that includes risks. Review the user’s title and fit for the proposed access position and that the provisioning team followed the processes to avoid risk if possible and otherwise obtain appropriate justification and governance approval.

**What You’ll Bring**: Skills:

- Experienced with role building and transporting in SAP following best practice methods with authorizations set at a T-Code level instead of manual updates in the roles and following MLF naming conventions. Experienced with commonly used SAP Security Tcodes including SU01, SU10, SU24, PFCG, SE93, AL08, ST01, STAUTHTRACE, SE01, SE16, etc.
- Proficiency in Excel for analyses of large data sets with pivot tables and vlookups.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance to processes.
- Experienced with use of SAP Governance Risk and Controls (GRC) to run segregation of duties checks and understand segregation of duties concepts
- Quick learner, strong team player with ability to multitask
- Highly organized and able to prioritize and track multiple project activities on a day-to-day basis
- Identify and communicate project risks and concerns to Project Managers.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Clear verbal/written communication

People:

- Work well in a team environment on appropriate access design, build decisions, and testing and cutover plans. Resolve testing or go live hypercare issues.
- Able to work independently directly with the IS Functional teams and business contacts as needed to control access and support Change Requests and inquiries.
- Quick learner, able to learn the SAP Identity Management system for building business roles, creating test users and provisioning access to users. Able to learn the role design from analysis of existing roles, reference to the business Process Master, and general knowledge of business processes.
- Technically sound, knowledgeable with software tools and integrations.
- Strong communicator, able to seek and provide information across teams and create summary access design reference documents

Experience and Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Computer Science (preferred)
