**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Delta 9 Bio-Tech Inc. is a licensed producer of recreational cannabis products and operates an 80,000 square foot production facility in Winnipeg. The Company sells its recreational cannabis products in markets across Canada. We are currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated individual to join our Sanitation team in a permanent position. The Sanitation Associate will be working to complete scheduled cleaning and sanitation tasks as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to keep our facility clean. These responsibilities will include manual cleaning of our cultivation and processing pods, including various workplace items used in those pods, laundering various linens and regular sanitation activities in welfare areas.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Cleaning cultivation and processing rooms as per schedule
- Cleaning equipment located in cultivation and processing rooms as per SOPs
- Manually wash and clean buckets, trays, pumps, and other various equipment in designated areas
- Cleaning staff washrooms and welfare areas
- Maintain a good housekeeping and safe working environment
- Complete sanitation records
- Follow all Health & Safety requirements and wear all applicable PPE (gloves, safety goggles, face mask/shield, etc)
- Launder all linens, uniforms, and towels, and fold laundry when applicable
- Empty garbage bins throughout the building
- Changing air filters throughout all cultivation and processing rooms
- Other duties as assigned

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**
- Must have completed high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be able to comfortably lift 50 lbs.
- Content with repetitive tasks as all scheduled tasks will be required each shift
- Must pass basic criminal background check
- Oral communications skills required
- Detail oriented in all cleaning and sanitation tasks
