Uppercase Winery was realized to focus on our passion for the South Okanagan terroir and its ability to produce exceptional, world-class wines.

Reporting to the Supervisor, Wine Ambassadors will provide gracious, unpretentious hospitality and support on
- and off-site events, as required

Responsibilities:

_

  • Warmly greet all guests
  • Passionately communicate Uppercase Winery's story
  • Provide gracious, unpretentious hospitality that translates to wine sales
  • Coordinate guest experiences using reservation management software
  • Meet wine club sales targets
  • Support on
- and off-site events

  • Facilitate checkout experience using POS system
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the tasting room
  • Replenish inventory, as required
  • Help to prepare and fulfill online orders and wine club shipments
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:_

  • Serving it Right
  • Experience in a hospitality role
  • Winery experience an asset
  • Thrive in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude
  • Passionate about the wine industry
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds
  • Must be flexible and available on weekends & some holidays as required

Compensation_
- $20 per hour plus gratuities

  • Ongoing training and mentorship from a passionate leadership team
  • This is a seasonal position with potential for full time

Job Types:
Part-time, Seasonal

Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
