**What YOU Will Do**
- Monitor suppliers closely and sound the alarm when one or more benchmarks are at risk of not being met by a supplier. The Supply Tracking Coordinator role is essential for keeping the site informed of equipment manufacturing progress;
- Follow up on supplier invoice processing in coordination with accounting;
- Responsible for tracking the progress of production and deliverables related to supply contracts, in coordination with buyers, the project material & equipment coordinator and all other project team members, as required;
- Monitor the approval cycle of all technical documents, shop drawings, samples, etc;
- Follow-up and organize inspections, visits and tests in coordination with engineering and quality managers;
- Coordinate the delivery of all materials and equipment from suppliers to the project material & equipment coordinator.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Relevant experience in procurement or project management for an electromechanical contractor;
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical building components and equipment;
- 2 years' experience in tracking orders for mechanical and/or electrical equipment;
- Knowledge of purchasing and approval processes, and of the cycles and steps leading to the delivery of electromechanical components in the context of a construction project;
- Bilingual French/English;
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, sound judgment and excellent communication skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with good stress management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Ability to analyze data;
- Ability to travel to our office (Montreal) and worksite (Granby).
