**Job Overview**: As a Large Format Print Production and Installation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the creation and execution of large-scale graphics and signage projects. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around producing high-quality prints, managing print production workflows, and ensuring accurate installation of graphics and Mini billboards at various locations. This position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards while optimizing production efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Management**:

- Operate and maintain large format printers, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Develop and execute production schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Prepare and set up files for printing, ensuring colour accuracy and optimal print quality.
- Coordinate with Director of Operations and or Director of Customer Experience and Quality Control to ensure daily production requirements are met.
- Monitor workflow and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Operation and maintenance of large format printers, flatbed, and plotter.
- Perform finishing on produced graphics and signage.
- Installation of signs, working on ladders and scaffolding.
- Monitor machine efficiencies to ensure production levels are meet or exceeding standards, adjust where necessary.
- Monitor, inventories to ensure materials are used with minimum amount of waste.
- Work with Director of Operations to determine route cause of issues and find resolutions.
- Communicate all production changes, issues, and developments to Director of Operations.
- Communicate regularly with Front Desk to ensure scheduled deliveries are met.
- Keen eye for quality control ensuring products are 100% accurate for customer satisfaction.
- House keeping - garbage, floors, areas organized and clean.
- Other duties as assigned.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Establish and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and checks to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.
- Address and resolve quality issues promptly.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance on printing and installation equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- **Resource Management**:

- Maintain and manage equipment to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and supplies required for production.
- Optimize resource allocation for cost-effective production.
- **Client Communication**:

- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to understand client requirements.
- Provide updates on project status and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and service.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed in the production area.
- Conduct regular safety training for production staff to maintain a safe work environment.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction.
- Implement best practices and stay informed about industry trends and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven track record in large format production processes.
- In-depth knowledge of printing technologies, equipment, and software.
- Knowledge of substrates used in large format.
- Knowledge of laminating and finishing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting.

**Experience**:

- 5 years of experience preferred in Large Format printing.
