Respond to guest room calls and resolve issues in rooms, restaurant and public areas, such as toilets, showers, Jacuzzi tubs, sinks, change light bulbs, wallpaper repair and minor electrical repairs. Must have a strong mechanical ability and have skill in the use of basic hand and electric tools
- Maintain cleanliness of grounds
- Strong customer service orientation and skills.
- working weekends and evenings required
- some knowledge of plumbing an asset
- Ability to follow through and complete overlapping projects

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jordan Station, ON L0R 1S0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
