Cairnwood Homes is looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join our team We want someone that is reliable and responsible that can take on the maintenance and operation of our construction equipment. You will additionally be responsible for the transportation of company equipment to various sites, hauling rubbish containers to landfill and building lots, and grading building lots.

**You need to have**:

- At least two (2) years of experience with operating a skid steer/mini excavator
- At least two (2) years of experience in residential construction
- Experience in landscaping
- Experience in towing trailers
- A strong skillset in reading and understanding blueprints, grading plans, and technical drawings
- The ability to maintain equipment and complete regular circle checks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- The ability to thoroughly and accurately check for hazards and anticipate project obstacles
- A drive to learn new skills
- A well-developed sense of self-discipline and motivation
- A strong knowledge base of the residential construction industry
- A great attitude and willingness to occasionally work overtime and on weekends
- A valid Drivers License and clean driving record - AR license; Drivers Abstract to be provided upon request
- Access to reliable transportation
- Personal safety equipment (hard hat, steel-toed boots, tool belt, etc.)

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
