**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Craft compelling, high-quality video content that engages the local community and aligns with Happy Soul's brand ethos.
- **Scaling and Growth**: Utilize your proven strategies to radically scale social media metrics and translate them into actual sales.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Use KPIs and ROI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of your campaigns.
- **Community Engagement**: Foster and manage community relationships through strategic social media interactions.
- **Strategic Alignment**: Leverage astrological timings and crystal energies to optimize posting and engagement.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- **Extensive experience in TikTok and Instagram Reels content creation**:
