**Sales & Administration Assistant**

You will develop long-term customer relationships. The sales team has several experienced employees who will assist you in your technical development. We are working together to create a unique customer experience that helps strengthen our leading position in our industry.

Experience, knowledge and responsibilities:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and sales.
- Have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.

Service and support
- Know the integrated management systems and work with them to send quotes and follow-ups to clients.
- Assume responsibility for customer satisfaction by quickly, effectively and tactfully resolving minor issues and escalating unresolved issues to the next level, in accordance with applicable guidelines, policies and procedures.

Duration: Full time. Possibility of a long-term career in a young company.

**Salary**: Between 20.00 and 35.00 $ per hour according to your sales

Number of hours per week: +/- 40

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
