**Position: Talent Acquisition Sourcer**

**Location: Montréal**

**About the Role**

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Co-develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and draft job ads for distribution across multiple platforms.
- Promote our employer brand online, reach out, engage and convert passive talent into applicants.
- Search for and communicate with past applicants about new job opportunities.
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and marketing to prepare for career fairs and networking events, online promotions and branding.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years’ experience as a Talent Sourcer or other similar Talent Acquisition role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English);
- Highly organised with ability to balance workload and manage competing priorities;
Strong documentation and writing skills.

Key skills for this role are as follows:

- Attention to detail, professionalism, excellent organizational skills, and a team-first mentality
- Be a self-starter with the ability to handle a diverse workload
- Experience with relationship management and client service
- Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization and communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent written and oral English).
