Calgary, Canada DynaLIFE Full time

Remediates provider not in system (PNIS) and unknown submitter using follow up work lists in Epic Beaker. Investigates and updates/ corrects information to ensure accurate report delivery.
- Responds to clients inquiries for misdirected reporting and troubleshoots returned, missing reports as required
- Communicates with health care providers (HCP).
- Ensures eDelivery linkage between provider and submitter during remediation.
- Monitors report fax distributions for fax failures. Investigates and remediates problem to ensure timely distribution of patient’s results.
- Validates fax distributions for Epic Beaker Submitter table
- Supports the addition/modification/deletion of Providers and submitter location into Epic/ Beaker tables by providing the Central Provider Maintenance (CPM) to requestors and logging Jira tickets for HIM & AHS IT.
- Remediates order entry errors in Aegis POC system.
- Documents statistical information for POC Leadership Team
- Remediates patient demographic information discrepancies in Epic Beaker module with the uses of multiple
- databases such as Netcare personal directory, Client Registry, Quanum and Media Manager.
- Liaisons with HIM and other health care workers for the remediation of various types of overlay corrections

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite i.e. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Excel.
- Intermediate proficiency in keyboarding skills
- Advanced critical thinking and problem solving skills required.
- Extreme accuracy and attention to detail is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
- Ability to collaborate with others and to work independently to work through challenges.
- Must have the ability to adhere to strict regional policies and procedures and legislated requirements regarding patient confidentiality.

Required Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Related post-secondary education (E.g. Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office suite
- Proficient in data entry
- Knowledge of medical terminology and LIS
