**Position Description**:
Exciting opportunity to be part of Information Management and Technology (IMT) Service Management Office (SMO) at SickKids Hospital. SMO is the face of IMT to the Hospital and focused on ensuring that we meet the organization's expectations when delivering our services. You will meet a group of people who are very passionate about technologies and customer values.
- ServiceNow is a Platform As A Service (PaaS) cloud computing service. As a Co-op Student (ServiceNow Analyst), you will become part of ServiceNow Development Team and see end-to-end process of the Agile development practice.

**Here's What You'll Get To Do**
- Work with ServiceNow developers using Agile methodology
- Participate in ServiceNow Upgrade activities with the team
- Build or update the catalog items on ServiceNow
- Create Automated Test cases and execute the tests for various stories
- Work with customers and define requirement specification sheet for catalog items
- Write Test scripts and engage customers for UAT
- Schedule Work Hours_
- Monday to Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M.

**Here's What You'll Need**

**Essential Requirements**:

- **Currently enrollment in a 2**nd** year undergraduate degree or above is required**:

- Detail oriented and methodological and adhere to Change control and environment management practice
- Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written communication
- Work effectively in collaborative environment as well as individually without supervision
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and proactive time management skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook Teams etc)

**Assets**:

- Experience in Agile Development
- Experience in creating User acceptance tests (UAT) and executing them
- Experience in basic logic and scripting
- Familiarity /experience with Microsoft Power Automate
- Experience/exposure to ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
- Experience using a modern IT Service Management tool such as ServiceNow, BMC Footprints, or Remedy
- Experience working in interdisciplinary team

**Employment Type**:
4 month Full-time Co-op Placement, Monday to Friday
