**Responsibilities for this Role**:

- Providing one stop resolution for all customer's needs
- Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized.
- Cold calling in designated territories to prospect for new sales;
- Enter client data into CRM including calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information etc.;
- Prepare contracts for signatures.

**Your Qualifications**:

- 2 years in sales (on-line sales preferred)
- PC Skills including: MS Office, and Salesforce experience an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and execute strategies.
