**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for an experienced** Planned Maintenance Team Lead **to join our team in **Coquitlam, BC**. As the Planned Maintenance Team Lead you will direct a team of PM Coordinators who are responsible for scheduling planned maintenance services and bulletins across the company. The PM Team Lead looks after the performance of the PM Coordinators and helps provide guidance and training as required. The PM Team Lead reports directly to the Service Operations Manager and works closely with the Warranty Manager and Service Admin Managers.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Planned Maintenance Team Lead, your key responsibilities will include:

- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with team members, review any new processes or procedures, discuss any issues or concerns, coach & train in a group setting, and relay company announcements
- Provide training and guidance for PM Coordinators and create/maintain all relevant process and training documents
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend best practices to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness; take part in department and companywide lean project as it relates to the PM booking process
- Look after the PM team’s KPIs to ensure PM compliance is reached and report on the performance of the team; manage the PM Due Live Report ensuring accuracy and providing access as required
- Act as the liaison between Service and other department for any PM booking related questions and enquiries
- Make recommendations to customers on additional levels of service as required
- Work with the Operations Manager to conduct reviews for all team members, ensure all team members have a plan for success and are developing their careers
- Call customers and open maintenance and bulletin work orders as required

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education in Business Operations, Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of maintenance scheduling experience in the material handling or heavy machinery industry is required
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) is required
- Proven ability to schedule appointments with conflicting priorities
- Proven experience leading in a high-pressure work environment

The base pay range for this role is: $61,000 per year.
