**Responsibilities**:
This is a casual (as and when required) position.

Administrative and clerical in nature, this position provides coverage for employees on leaves of absence and annual vacation as examples.

This position would be well suited to individuals with administrative/clerical backgrounds and an interest in occasional hours of work.

**Qualifications**:
Must have at least two (2) years administrative/clerical experience with excellent MS Office skills.

Typing speed of 60 wpm.

**Other Information**:
Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

**Work Schedule**:
This is a casual position. The hours are not fixed and may vary depending on the assignment.

**Rate of Pay**:
**Salary**: $29.28 per hour
