**Responsibilities**:
✔ Conduct process control checks and start-ups during bottling

✔Investigate unexpected problems and provide solutions to resolve them (CAPA)

✔ Report unusual and non-compliant events during the performance of daily tasks

✔Enter data, complete forms/logs, and maintain accurate and complete records

✔Collect and manage retained samples of finished products

✔Check workstations after maintenance repairs

✔Maintain professional relationships and provide support to internal and external departments

✔Assist in the organization and maintenance of the department and other relevant duties as assigned

**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Good understanding of current GMP requirements (NHPs and drugs an asset)

✔ Must be organized and have the ability to meet deadlines

✔Ability to develop and maintain an effective work environment

✔ Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and the ability to work under limited direct supervision

✔ Be thorough, detail oriented and accurate

✔ Good written and verbal communication skills in English and French

✔ Proficiency in MS Office

**Education & Experience**:

- High school completed
- One to two years of experience in a production and manufacturing chain.
- Quality Control experience in food industry, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry (an asset).

**Work Schedule**:
Monday to Friday, Day shift - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
40 hours / week
Full-time permanent position

**Responsabilités**:
✔ Faire des vérifications de contrôle du processus et des démarrages lors de l’embouteillage

✔ Mener une enquête sur les problèmes inattendus et fournir des solutions pour les résoudre (CAPA)

✔ Signaler les événements inhabituels et non conformes lors de l’exécution des tâches quotidiennes

✔ Entrer les données, remplir les formulaires/journaux et tenir des registres précis et complets

✔ Appliquer ses connaissances des BPF et enseigner aux employés lors de violation des BPF

✔ Collecter et gérer les échantillons retenus des produits finis

✔ Vérifier les postes de travail après les réparations d’entretien

✔ Maintenir des relations professionnelles et fournir un soutien aux services internes et externes

✔Aider à l’organisation et l’entretien du département et à d’autres tâches pertinentes assignées

**Compétences et qualifications**:
✔ Bonne compréhension des exigences des BPF actuelles (PSN et médicaments un atout)

**Formation et expérience**:

- Diplôme d'études secondaires terminé
- Un à deux ans d'expérience dans une chaîne de production et de fabrication.
- Expérience en contrôle de la qualité dans l'industrie alimentaire, cosmétique ou pharmaceutique (un atout).

**Horaire de travail**:
Lundi au vendredi, horaire de jour - 7h00 à 15h00
40 heures / semaine
