LH Imports Ltd. is a Vancouver based company, that has been in business for over 24 years. We are a lifestyle furniture wholesaler with distribution/wholesale throughout North America.

We are looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative Bilingual (fluent in English & French) to be a crucial part of our team. This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for the day to day care of clients, including processing orders, product content management, pricing strategies, and responding to customer inquiries or concerns. Your primary objectives will be to maintain customer satisfaction and increase sales through the management of client care.

**The Role**
- Maintain excellent relations between Customers, Retailer and LH Imports.
- Make cold and warm calls.
- Managing customer accounts, sales and shipments in Canada; includes responding to all inquiries, entering of orders, processing and tracking shipments and follow up.
- Assure complete customer satisfaction throughout the entire cycle of the inquiry and or delivery cycle
- Enter and manage orders from receipt to shipment.
- Work with clients to resolve questions and concerns. Record and document all details.
- Other duties as requested to support marketing, claims and administration departments.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a Customer Service and/or Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
- Bilingual (fluent in English & French)
- Experience using CRM systems (experience with SAP is preferred)
- Experienced in Adobe is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & Outlook

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
