**Service Advisor**

We are currently looking for an experienced, organized, energetic, customer oriented individual to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities of the roll include**:

- Communicate clearly with Customers.
- Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments and receiving vehicle information.
- Listening to requests of the service desired, and clearly explaining information on the repair order.
- Assists customers in identifying concerns so that the proper service and maintenance can be specified.
- Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.
- Periodically checking on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contacting the customer when technicians discover additional problems; getting customer approval to do additional work and explaining the work performed and the charges being billed.

**Suggested Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum Grade 12 education.
- 1-2 years of automotive/heavy truck and trailer experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hold a valid G license, a clean drivers abstract and own vehicle.
- Knowledge of Microsoft product line.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Able to multi-task.
- Desire to exceed customers needs and expectations.

This opening is for our Weekend shift, running Friday, Saturday and Sunday, working 36 hours and paid for 40 hours.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
