Dispute Investigator

**What you’ll do**
- Deliver outstanding and world class service to our customers.
- Demonstrate strong investigative skills, with the ability to focus individually on complex cases.
- Professionally handle interactions throughout investigations with composure and diplomacy striving for a positive outcome
- Effectively manage sensitive customer interactions and efficiently multi-task across various channels
- Problem solve and find creative solutions.
- Promote customer advocacy and support the Canadian Tire Brand
- Demonstrate the Art of Communications Model
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in support of customer correspondence.

**What you bring**
- Back office Pega knowledge
- Chargeback process and system knowledge
- Detailed knowledge of CTB’s Credit Card products
- TSYS system knowledge
- Excellent investigative and analytical skills
