**AAA Canada is a manufacturing company that has been providing subcontracting and technical assistance to industrialization, production and maintenance processes for about 15 years**

**We operate in the Aerospace, Ground Transportation and Energy sectors.**

**A typical day?**
- You will be located at Dorval.
- Install units, parts, equipment and components in a structural assembly, according to drawings and specifications, using hand and power tools;
- Bolts, screws or rivets to attach, support or hang components and sub-assemblies;
- Drill holes in the structure and sub-assemblies, and attach brackets, hinges or clips to secure the installation or to fix sub-assemblies;
- Locate and mark reference points and holes for the installation of parts and components, using templates, jigs and measuring instruments;
- Inspects and tests installed units, parts and equipment for fit, performance and compliance with standards, using measuring instruments and test equipment;
- Positions and aligns sub-assemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following reference lines and index points;
- Building interior sub-assemblies with precision and attention to quality;
- Positioning, aligning, fitting and assembling parts or sub-assemblies on aircraft;
- Able to use and recognise the tools required to carry out the necessary installation of parts and equipment;
- Able to read, interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, production illustrations and other specifications to determine the identity, location and relationship of aircraft parts;
- Must be able to complete work instructions correctly, able to understand the planning flow and be able to adjust and explain planning procedures;
- Must be able to understand all applicable process specifications and reference information..

**Qualifications**:

- You have at least a vocational diploma in aeronautical assembly or equivalent;
- You have at least 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- You have excellent knowledge of blueprint reading;
- You are dexterous.
- You are quick-witted and have a keen eye for detail.
- Bilingualism (French-English), both spoken and written, is an important asset for effective communication in the multilingual environment of the customer's site and technical documentation.
