**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze current technology infrastructures and identify areas for improvement to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with the Business Planning Analyst to understand and translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Design and implement robust technology solutions that enhance data collection, analysis, and presentation capabilities.
- Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting of technologies deployed, ensuring high reliability and efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technological advancements, making recommendations for tools and processes that can benefit the company.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, and marketing, to integrate new technologies seamlessly into our business processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on technology strategies and solutions, demonstrating their impact on our business objectives.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the development and deployment of new products or services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technology analysis, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of software development, database management, and cybersecurity principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and API integration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a capability to handle complex information.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:
