**PURPOSE**

This is to define the duties and responsibilities of Plant Administrator.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Check and input production figures into SAP
- Ensure all production is completed on SAP daily and before month end
- Complete Sales delivery notes and ensure accuracy every Month
- Assist with material/product set-up on SAP
- Communicate with the Plant Manager to ensure the stock check is complete on the 1st of every month
- Assist plant manager with month end (KPI’s)
- Check stock and create purchase orders for Raw material, cleaning materials, stationery, etc.
- Complete all purchase/Stock order queries
- Ensure all GRN’s are complete on SAP for all raw materials, purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors regarding RAW material, delivery, and invoice matter
- Advertise Vacant positions internal and externally
- Arrange and complete assessment/interviews with appropriate personnel
- Organize with the Plant Manager internal and external training courses
- Assist to maintain employee documents, benefits & life assurance
- Monitor and record site training hours
- Organization of agency staff, monitoring of time sheets and liaison with agencies
- Organize and Facilitate orientation training for new employees
- Input data for monthly HR reporting (KPI systems, KPI’s)
- Assist Team Leaders/Plant Manager with employee inquiries/issues
- Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment and send to Plant Manager for approval
- Attend production meetings where necessary
- Any duties required by the management of the business

**Competencies and Qualifications**:

- Administration knowledge/Certification
- Ongoing employee induction training
- Human resources work experience
- Must be able to demonstrate strong, positive customer and people management skills
- Must be able to make decisions work with the Plant Manager
- Must have good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of relevant employment legislation, including Health and safety
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems - Excel, word, PowerPoint, SAP
- Be able to work well under pressure
- Work with others and give directions as required by the Plant Manager

Pay: $23.00-$24.00 per hour
