The IT User Admin is responsible managing the On and Offboarding of employees, password resets and day to day support across various portals and platforms_. _
- Please note: This is an independent contractor role. _

**What you’ll do**
- Employee On \ Offboarding from various portals and platforms for The Mobile Shop and Pavilion Support.
- 1Password Account Creation and Deployment.
- SharePoint Setup and Support via Microsoft 365.
- RQ Point of Sale User management.
- Maintaining service levels in responding to tickets, issues and other requests.
- Quickly respond to Password reset and Offboarding tickets.
- It will be expected they carry a cell phone while working and when on call.
- It is understood that our hours of operation are 9 AM until 5 PM, Monday to Friday.

**What you’ll need**
- 2 years+ of technical experience in the configuration, maintenance of user management and support.
- Microsoft 365 (office) (Exchange, Outlook 365, Word 365, Excel 365, SharePoint)
- User administration (Entering users, exiting users, moving their credentials around our systems, and password resets)
- 1Password / password management experience.
- Experience with various Android / Surface Tablets.
- Utilizing RQ (Point of Sale software) to Setup new users.
- Salesforce Experience.
- Zendesk Ticketing system.
- ServiceNow Ticketing system.
- Asset Tracking Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to make decisions quickly.
- Maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
- Ability to reassure customers when delivering product diagnoses and potential solutions.
- Ability to work shifts including weekend coverage.
