**About the Documentation Specialist (Validation) position**:
As part of the Contract Validation team, your main responsibilities will be:

- Validation of audit assignment/syndication related documentation and structured transactions as described in the Structured Deal Policy
- Validation of registrations/security
- Entering or validating transactional data in front-end system, ensuring data integrity is maintained
- Verifying pricing and tax treatment
- Work with credit/legal counsel/documentation team to ensure all conditions have been met prior to funding submission
- Providing coaching and feedback to the documentation team when validating their submissions
- Obtain authorizations from credit/legal counsel/documentation team for sign-offs on special circumstances
- Assisting in preparation and updates to Policies & Procedures documentation as required
- Provide ongoing support to our internal/external partners and credit on various issues that may arise
- Provide feedback and input for optimizing efficiency and procedures, could include working with Operations or IT team to resolve
- Training other team members as required
- Any other related tasks

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently from home
- Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate with other teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to Multi-task and prioritize those tasks
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to think critically, recognize issues as they arise, and propose solutions
- Ability to coach and train as required
