**Collision Centre Senior Advisor**

**Salary: $50,000-$65,000 per year (Dependent on qualifications)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and acknowledge all internal and external customers promptly, whether in person, on the phone or electronically establishing productive and lasting relationships.
- Manage incoming calls and direct to appropriate person while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette and friendly and professional customer handling
- Check and respond to collision and detail general voice mails
- Respond to internal requests from other departments and respond or redirect as appropriate
- Book appointments with customers for repairs (Collision or Detail)
- Regularly seek opportunities to further support the Collision Center team in administrative tasks, notably Administrative roles, Advisor roles.
- Contributing to a team based environment, preparing invoices, accounts payable and receivables, reconciling insurance claims, and financial records to established procedures.
- Working with insurance providers to reconcile claims and coverages

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience working in a Collision Centre or with SGI.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and spreadsheet software
- Communication skills, such as be a great listener and have a calm demeanor is a benefit
- Energy, passion, and professionalism is a must
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation with an ability to work under mínimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
