Job Description: Manager

The Olivia Smikle Foundation is seeking a dynamic and resourceful
Part-Time Manager to play a crucial role to manage a non-profit organization. This individual will work closely with the leadership team, including, to develop and implement strategies to ensure the financial health of the foundation to support our major projects.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Fundraising Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Identify and pursue diverse funding sources, including grants, corporate sponsorships, individual donations, and fundraising events.

2. Grant Writing and Management:

- Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with grantors and ensure compliance with grant requirements.

3. Corporate Partnerships:

- Identify and approach potential corporate partners for sponsorships and collaborations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

4. Individual Giving:

- Create and manage individual donor campaigns, including donor outreach and engagement.
- Implement and oversee donor recognition and stewardship programs.

5. Fundraising Events:

- Plan and execute fundraising events, leveraging both in-person and virtual platforms.
- Coordinate logistics, secure sponsors, and manage event budgets.

6. Social Media and Online Fundraising:

- Develop and execute social media campaigns to raise awareness and drive online donations.
- Utilize digital platforms for crowdfunding, online auctions, and other virtual fundraising initiatives.

7. Financial Management:

- Work closely with the leadership team to develop and manage the organization's budget.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates on fundraising efforts.

8. Public Relation Management:

- Effectively manage and support the CEO as a public figure in her involvement with fundraising activities.
- Coordinate appearances, interviews, and social media engagement to promote the foundation's mission.

9. Innovation and Research:

- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in non-profit fundraising.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to diversify revenue streams.

Qualifications:
1. Certified in a relevant field (Business, Nonprofit Management,
Communications, and marketing etc.).
2. Proven experience in non-profit fundraising and financial management.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
5. Proficiency in social media platforms and online fundraising tools.
6. Familiarity with celebrity management and the ability to navigate high-profile engagements.
7. Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively about fundraising opportunities.
8. Knowledge of grant writing and management processes.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
