Franchise Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the franchise and liasoning with franchisee and help setting up new locations
- Develop and implement organizational strategies to meet business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of phone etiquette
- Conduct market research to identify potential growth opportunities
- organize trade shows and advocate the uptown brand
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and record keeping
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate inventory
- Use basic math skills for financial calculations and reporting
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a managerial and supervisory role at a child care is required.
- minimum of 5-10 years experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software for administrative tasks
- Ability to analyze market trends and make informed business decisions

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
